pixelart

I’m a big fan of 16bit computer graphics. There were many geniuses in the field when it was in it’s prime with the Sega Genesis, Amiga and Super Nintendo. Practicing Pixel art help me find creativity within limitations. And maybe a glimpse into a forgotten art form.

Transport for London

19th of Dec, 2006ce* in: dadako, pixelart

Well, they have finally launched the TfL (schools) website! It’s been a long time coming, over a year infact. I was first contracted to work on the project late 2005, and I put in about 4 months on and off, until very recently. Sadly enough most of the people I was working on the project with have gone on to other jobs, as is the norm when working in London.

Glad to see it up and running, let me know what you think using the comments button below!

chap for tfl

19th of Apr, 2006ce* in: animation, dadako, pixelart

Sort of improving on the beatles helpgame characters I did before, that only used two frames for walking animation, this guy uses 8 frames per direction and is slightly more isometric than previous incarnations. There are several other frames to him like sittting, using his credit card and hailing a cab!
