PHJ Rebranding

14th of Jul, 2005ce* in: dadako, illustration, logos/fonts, websites

The new logo for HOPE Japan, who are now called PHJ.
I was approached by a friend of mine to tackle re-branding of a major NPO here in Japan. They wanted to break away from the American run HOPE a little, and become independent.

The key element of the logo is Regeneration. PHJ deliver medicine to some of the poorest countries in the world, to help disaster stricken people, so a positive and well meaning logo was imperative. In addition, the logo had to stand out against the old logo, and be of it’s own distinction.

Branding is set to be shipped out across the board in April 2006.
